I found the salesperson very nice at Dufresne. She even phoned me after the delivery to ask if I was happy with my purchases. Customer service these days seems to be non-existent so it was nice to find a store that provides such good service to make it a very positive experience for me. I am very pleased with everything!

Guarantees

We guarantee the merchandise will be in showroom condition upon delivery. After delivery, we guarantee our furniture for one full year against manufacturing defects, or we will repair or replace the item at our option. Excluded from this guarantee are "as is" merchandise and other specifically marked final sale items.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse or accidents.
  • Damage of discolouration caused by sunlight.
  • Abnormal wear, fading or shrinkage of any fabric.

Warranties

It's human nature to worry and be protective of an important investment. The Dufresne Protection Plan will do the worrying for you, so you can relax and enjoy your furniture, appliances, electronics or mattresses... whatever life throws at it.

Deliveries

Our trained professionals will provide delivery, positioning, and removal except for ready to assemble products. They will operate with the utmost respect for your home.

Before purchase, please measure the width of doors, hallways and stairs. Before delivery, please clear away all obstacles. In the rare event of an impossible tight fit, we will only move the furniture with your approval.

We provide you with a time frame for your delivery; however, it's conditional to road conditions and other situations beyond our control.
