Dufresne employees attribute their success to three things: They sell quality products that consumers desire. They provide quality service that consumers demand. And they’re given the skills and training to do both.
Simply put, our success story is a direct result of the success stories of our people. And with more than 500 employees in 9 stores and 1 distribution centre, there are lots of stories to be told.

Dufresne let me set down roots and grow. Over the last 13 years I've advanced steadily from a floor position through management roles to my current title. It was a huge learning curve, but Dufresne really has been my business education. There's not many companies where a delivery person could advance to store manager, but that's my story. At the time I had no formal training in management, but Dufresne recognized my potential, perhaps even before I did myself.
