Dufresne employees attribute their success to three things: They sell quality products that consumers desire. They provide quality service that consumers demand. And they’re given the skills and training to do both.
Simply put, our success story is a direct result of the success stories of our people. And with more than 500 employees in 9 stores and 1 distribution centre, there are lots of stories to be told.

Dufresne let me set down roots and grow. Over the last 13 years I've advanced steadily from a floor position through management roles to my current title. It was a huge learning curve, but Dufresne really has been my business education. The opportunity to participate in strategic planning, training, brand development and direction have been like an MBA.

There's not many companies where a delivery person could advance to store manager, but that's my story. At the time I had no formal training in management, but Dufresne recognized my potential, perhaps even before I did myself.
