Payments on your Dufresne Card can be made:
- at CitiFinancial locations in person; find the nearest location.
- at your own financial institution in person or online (make payments to "CitiFinancial Retail Services")
- by mailing your cheque directly to CitiFinancial
Question: What is the return policy?
We are so sure that you will love your purchase, that we offer a 48 hour Return Policy on most of our regular priced furniture.
You are responsible to bring the item(s) back or pay a pickup fee plus a charge equal to 10% of the item's price to cover our costs for cleaning, rewrapping and restocking the item(s).
Custom Order Items, Clearance Items, Appliances, Electronics, Mattresses, Bed Linens and Mattress Protectors cannot be returned. Extended warranty, delivery fees, finance administration fees will not be refunded.
Question: What is the policy for price match?
We have a 30 Day Price Guarantee. If you see the identical item advertised for a lower price, under the same terms and conditions, within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the difference.
Question: Who do I call to set up a delivery?
You can simply call the store that you purchased from and let us know you would like to book your delivery. Please have your sales order number available when you call.
